Domande Frequenti

Can I use my physical computer keyboard to operate this calculator?

Yes! The calculator supports standard keyboard shortcuts. You can type numbers 0-9, decimal point (.), operators (+, -, *, /), Enter or = for equals, Backspace to delete the last digit, and Escape or "C" to clear.

How do the memory buttons (MC, MR, M+, M-, MS) work?

MS (Memory Store) saves the current display number into memory. MR (Memory Recall) fetches the stored number. M+ adds the current number to the memory value, M- subtracts it, and MC (Memory Clear) resets memory to 0. A visual [M] indicator appears whenever a value is saved in memory.

Does this calculator solve decimal rounding precision issues (like 0.1 + 0.2)?

Yes. Standard binary floating-point math often produces 0.30000000000000004. Our calculator engine normalizes floating precision results up to 12 significant figures to ensure clean, exact human decimal output.

Can I copy the calculated number to my clipboard?

Yes. Simply click the "Copy" button in the top toolbar or press Ctrl+C / Cmd+C when the calculator is active to copy the exact value to your clipboard instantly.
